Vendors

• Food Handler’s Permit: All team members must carry valid food handler’s permits for inspection.
• Personal Hygiene: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, including appropriate hair coverings, groomed facial hair, proper clothing, and closed-toe shoes.
• Cleanliness: Keep your vending area clean and hygienic throughout the event. End-of-day cleanup is mandatory.
• Vehicle Policy: No vehicles are allowed in the vending area. Vendor parking is available nearby. Offloading must be done promptly.
• Vendor Fee: The vendor fee must be paid IN FULL before the event. Cash, wire transfer, or certified cheque (payable to Kenneth Timoll) are accepted.
• Water Preparedness: While water will be available on-site, we recommend bringing backup water in case of any delays.
• Tent and Equipment: Tents are provided based on your selected package. Additional tools or equipment must be provided by vendors.
• Tarpaulins Prohibited: The use of tarpaulins in place of tents will NOT BE ALLOWED.
• Additional Team Members: Extra team members will be subject to a general entry fee.
• Limited Space: Vending space is LIMITED and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with FULL PAYMENT. Partial payments will not be accepted.
